At Aravesh, each piece is crafted with utmost care and attention to detail. As our outfits are made-to-order or customized, we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed. In the rare case of a genuine issue with the product (such as damage during transit), please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery and we will review your case on priority.
Exchange Policy
Custom Orders: Since every custom outfit is made exclusively for you, we do not accept exchanges for size, color, or design once the order is confirmed.
Ready-to-Ship: We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the piece is unworn, unused, and returned in its original condition. Exchanges are offered for size (subject to availability) or store credit.
Returns Policy
Custom Orders: Returns are not available for bespoke or made-to-order pieces.
Ready-to-Ship: Returns are considered only in cases of a defective or incorrect delivery. Kindly inform us within 48 hours with supporting details, and our team will assist you. Return shipping will be borne by the client unless the error is ours.
